We try to get to every Application reviewed on the same or following day.
Step 3
Choosing your Puppy and Delivery
We offer free delivery to Springfield, Mount Vernon and Lamar MO.
We travel farther if we can make the time for the longer trip. An additional charge may be made depending on existing routes and circumstances. You will have an exact cost before delivery so you have no hidden fees to worry about.
Delivery and Pick up is available after our puppies are 8 weeks old. Your puppies immune system is more fully developed at this age, and is ready to meet the family. Puppies are not to be sold before they are 8 weeks old for their own health and by law.
Final payment of the balance after deposit is due upon delivery.
EXAMPLE: Say, our deposit is $200 and that comes off the total purchase price of $1200, so only $1000 will be due at pick up.
If a puppy will be shipping to you, payment in full must be completed at least 72 hours before the puppy ships to avoid any delays.
We need about 10 days to schedule Air Delivery. Ground Delivery is also available.
We invoice via Square. Square offers secure payment via Credit, Debit, Samsung and Apple Pay.
Please let us know if you are planning to make a non-cash final payment.
Cash is accepted on delivery.
Sorry we do not accept checks.
Air Delivery
Climate controlled ride in the plane with care from the airline pet care crew to your Airport. Puppy will have a crate that is yours to keep.
Ground Delivery
Climate controlled ride in the car with care from the pet driver to your location.
We encourage you to get a puppy check and fecal sample within 7 days of bringing your new puppy home. Please schedule your first vet appointment in advance. Some vets are several weeks out.
Many vets offer walk-in puppy vaccinations without appointment or puppy examinations after your initial visit.

A study of more than 7,700 stray animals at animal shelters showed that dogs without microchips were returned to their owners 21.9% of the time, whereas microchipped dogs were returned to their owners 52.2% of the time. Cats without microchips were reunited with their owners only 1.8% of the time, whereas microchipped cats went back home 38.5% of the time. (Lord et al, JAVMA, July 15, 2009) For microchipped animals that weren't returned to their owners, most of the time it was due to incorrect owner information (or no owner information) in the microchip registry database – so don't forget to register and keep your information updated.

The full copy of our Bill of Sale & 1 Year Health Guarantee may be emailed to you and will be given to you at the time of delivery.
Guarantee is valid until the puppy turns 1 year of age. This guarantee is non-transferrable.
Seller guarantees the puppy against a genetic defect which causes blindness, crippling, or sudden death of which is a non-treatable condition. Documentation must come from the examining Veterinarian of OzarksPets.com choice stating his/her findings and diagnosis. If the above condition should occur you will be given a refund of your puppies purchase price or another puppy of the same value from the next available litter after the return of the originally purchased puppy to OzarksPets.com.
Refund or Exchange of the puppies is at the discretion of OzarksPets.com. We are not responsible for out of pocket expenses. Transportation and Veterinary examinations of the puppies are the responsibility of the buyer.
Although the puppy has been vaccinated and dewormed. We do not make any guarantees regarding vaccinations or illnesses which could be prevented by them, due to their unpredictable nature. Nor do we make any guarantees regarding worms or parasites, as they are very common among all dogs, everywhere. Purchaser agrees to spay or neuter at 6 to 9 months of age. If the dog becomes obese, the buyer doesn't keep current on deworming and vaccinations, or does not spay or neuter by 6-9 months of age, this guarantee becomes void. Seller is not responsible for any puppy death due to neglect, abuse, dehydration, or any other illness that could have been prevented by the purchaser.
